I did my running. mile-7:05 1/2 like-minded 3:45 1/4 mile- 1:33 shuttles- 1. 57sec 2. 58sec 3. 55 sec4. 56sec 5. 57sec. I also did 10 min. Of jump ropes and 30min. Home practice.
